Are Christians Under Attack In The UK?

It has become apparent to most of the United Kingdom that the fabric of our very society lies in tatters, elderly people attacked in their homes, young people in fear for their lives carrying knives and the endless torrent of crime. This didn't come about overnight for Prime Minister after Prime Minister has delivered the same message in slightly different ways, tough on crime and tough on the causes of crime.

Despite the New Labour's government's manipulation of crime figures over the years, the reality is most people in this country believe crime is up, believe there is little point in reporting it unless required to by insurance companies and little point because the villain knows how to work the system. Has this country lost its way?

Many would argue that the united Kingdom has lost its national identity and lost its culture to those allowed to shelter and have refuge here. We can not blame the nations waywardness on immigration, but can it be argued that the foundation upon which Britain is built, is being destroyed from within.

In recent years there has been an endless attack on Christian events, symbols and values, with newspaper after newspaper reporting that Christmas events are banned to appease those to whom we gave refuge, Christmas parties banned for fear of breaching health and safety rules, Christ is banned as it may offend those who do not wish to believe, we have seen Christian badges & crosses banned whilst employers and courts rule in favour of minority faiths and Christian values eroded leading to the fear which now possesses the nation, crime, a knife culture, a society and world where games glorify crimes such as rape and allow users to walk step by step through such crimes.

The nation has witnessed first hand the Christians that have been suspended and dismissed from their jobs for wearing crosses or offering to pray for someone in need. We all have witnessed the recent suspension of such a nurse for a 'CRIME' such as this and we all witnessed the public pressure that forced her re-instatement.

In parts of England, there is an agenda to stamp out the freedoms fought for in two world wars, with Christians being targeted by those with an agenda most devious, even some to whom we offered shelter in their hour of need, yet they now try to argue that by engaging them in a conversation about Jesus Christ or by offering to them a Gospel Track, we are physically and mentally assaulting them and attempting to engage the law to prosecute for such an offence and using the law to force Christians from their witness for Jesus Christ.

British society has moved so far in the last twenty years many can't recognise it, even the words Merry Christmas have been banned by some companies with their staff now being forced to wish one another 'Happy Holidays'. Has this nation abandoned or evicted God? Christian churches lie empty, many sold off, it is reported Islam is the fastest growing religion in the UK, schools have banned Christian Assembly and talk of creationism is banned. Britain should take a good long look at itself before going down the road that America has trodden, for when you evict God from your schools, the morality, the values and benefits that God provided go with Him and you give your schools over, how many wish their children to attend a schools where they have to be searched and metal detectors used against them.

There exists in Britain today, a rebellion against all that this country once valued, for only last week it was confirmed that the Met Police was supporting this year's LGBT history month with a number of events planned and that Limehouse Police Station in East London flew the rainbow flag, the gay community's freedom flag to mark the first day of Lesbian Gay Bisexual & Transgender history month. Is this bias, do the police or authorities support churches, Christian events, would they flag a Christian flag from their stations or civic buildings, No!

Britain's Christians are under attack, its society and fabric is being destroyed and their is an agenda to destroy from within this once Great Christian Nation!
